Any customer purchasing professional products, although we do not recommend using trade products without technical knowledge, please be aware that you are purchasing at your own risk. Results may vary to what is desired. Your Salon Supplies will not be held responsible for any damages and no refunds or credits will be given.

Numerous items sold on our website are for professional use. By purchasing them, you agree to take full responsibility for any misuse or any damages caused due to improper application. Professional use only products such as bleach, peroxide, colourants, wax products, skin care are to be used by qualified hair and beauty professionals only. 

All products are to be used in accordance to the product manufacturer’s guidelines. No responsibility will be accepted for misuse or incorrect selection of products. Discontinue use of any product if irritation should occur. The use of razor blades and cut throat razors is at the customers own risk.

Please note that brands may occasionally update the packaging, design, or formula of their products. While we strive to keep our website images and descriptions as accurate as possible, there may be instances where the product you receive differs slightly from what is pictured. These updates are made by the manufacturers to improve product performance, sustainability, or branding. Rest assured, any changes do not affect the authenticity or quality of the products we offer.

Sale items are non-refundable, non-returnable or cannot be redeemed for credit purposes.


ELECTRICAL WARRANTIES
If an electrical item you have purchased becomes faulty during its warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with the relevant information for the Manufacturer who handle all warranty issues. For warranty time frames please refer to the manufactures instructions booklet. Warranty periods commence from the date of purchase. 

 

All warranty claims are back to base. Customer is responsible to cover all shipping costs for returning the item back to us and the subsequent re-delivery.

Customers purchasing electrical items may receive a security check regarding confirmation of shipping address.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We pick, pack and ship your orders with extra love and care but unfortunately when they are in transit with our carriers its out of our control. If any items arrive damaged, broken or have leaked please contact our customer support team immediately on info@yoursalonsupplies.com.au or via the phone on 02 9066 5755 between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
