Shipping policy

All shipments are made with Couriers Please and Australia Post. Orders over $110 are eligible for free delivery. Freight is calculated at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. If, for any reason your order is delayed, Your Salon Supplies will contact you using the provided contact details. Please ensure that all details are up to date. All delivery times stated are an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.

Your Salon Supplies will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery. Your Salon Supplies will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by shipping provider and all responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you.

Once order has been released, you are responsible to check the order and inform Your Salon Supplies of any damages or faults within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as Your Salon Supplies will take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result.


Returns & Exchanges

If a re-delivery is needed because the customer could not sign for the parcel or has entered the wrong address, a re-delivery fee must be covered by the customer.

If a change of mind occurs, customer must also cover all delivery costs for the returning of the items.


Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, please be aware we do not send to PO Boxes.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Bulky Items & Remote Locations
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $110, however, this excludes bulky or oversized items and deliveries to remote or regional areas. Due to the significantly higher freight costs associated with these orders, additional shipping charges may apply.

If your order falls into one of these categories, our team will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any applicable shipping fees. You will have the option to proceed, amend, or cancel your order for a full refund if the shipping cost is not suitable.

 
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
Furniture and Big Bulky Items
Salon Furniture and big bulky items require extra handling and care because of this additional delivery fees apply however you do have the option to organise your own transport for delivery.
